More about
the commission art
Meeting Olivia at the S.I.S (Strength in Shades) market at Public Coffee was a pivotal moment. It wasn’t just another networking event—it felt like the universe aligning for something bigger. The atmosphere at S.I.S was already filled with a sense of empowerment and unity, but my conversation with Olivia took that energy to another level. On our follow up we dove into discussions about the Organization’s intersection of art, representation, and social impact.
Olivia’s vision for supporting voices through the Sphinx Organization resonated with me instantly. When she proposed the idea of showcasing my artwork at Carnegie Hall, I was stunned. It’s not every day you meet someone who sees your art, not just for its beauty, but for its potential to inspire and be apart of a beautiful evening.
That event became more than just a showcase; it was a celebration of shared values and the power of connection. I’m incredibly grateful for that moment in Salt Lake City, where a simple conversation at Public Coffee evolved into a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
